Thanks Polly,
Yes, the Doc did see the ringworm at the end of Dec. That's when I started on the 14 days of oral med. and immediately after that I started with the Clotrimazole and I swear, I've only missed one day (last week) and it looks worse now than it did then. I don't mean that it's really bad but it is itching and there are more bumps than there have been since I went off the oral med.

I know it isn't dangerous - I'm just sick to death of it is all and I worry about somebody else catching it from me.

I'll use us this tube of the cream, but if I've still got it after that somebody is going to hear about it!!!

Actually, I did order some of the fungrx that Kathy suggested, so perhaps I'll try that before I start having a fit with the doc.

Shirley

Had ringworm on my left foot a while back. Well longer than that since the tube of anti-fungal cream in my medicine cabinet is dated to expire in 11/96 guess I should throw it out. It is labeled "Tolnaftate 1% (Treats athletete's foot, jock itch and ringworm)" The ringworm healed in about two weeks and has never come back. It was OTC at my local Safeway and is a Safeway brand. I have had problems with foot fungas since I was nine years old so pay a lot of attention to my feet to not let things ever develop less they get out of hand.

Hope this helps.

Thanks Matthew,
I'm writing down the name of the cream. I wish I could just put all this stuff on at once and shorten the time of seeing what works. LOL
