GERD and Melatonin

Post by Lilja »

Hi,

In my search for better sleep, I have been reading a lot about melatonin lately.

"Low levels of melatonin lead to gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD). Omeprazole (one of the PPIs) and melatonin have similarities in their chemical structures. "
