This may sound silly, but when the time changes my circadian rhythm gets off and I get a bit of brain fog from it, and it gets a bit bad when a storm system moves thru....I also feel when I get into some proteins that I either by choice ate or didn't realize was in my food that I can tell I ate something I shouldn't by the sense of fog that moves thru me within a couple days.
I definitely know that I need to up my magnesium and get a bit more good rest...my mornings can be quite productive, but by late afternoon I'm not my tip top self any longer and I'm only 49 yrs....boo hoo.

Bingo!!!! That is me......and I was National Spelling Champion of my school multiple years growing up and have always been able to spell everything. Now I stumble over spelling stupid things......like days of the week or a holiday or something like that. And when it happens, I think WTF was that? I am stunned. I just stop what I am doing and walk away from the computer as I cannot believe I am so stupid/brain fogged. And I am afraid to continue trying to communicate as I may sound like a complete idiot.
I'm having difficulty with spelling, as well and I used to be so good at it. I had brain fog back in the 80's and I noticed that it wasn't there when I stopped eating bread. I didn't have any MC symptoms then, just the brain fog. I would experiment and continue the bread and when the BF returned, I would stop the bread. Not too bright.
Since reading on this site the value of active vitamin B, I have felt so much better. And I no longer eat gluten...I finally learned.
