Hi there!

Nosey here - What kind of accounting do you do? The reason I ask is that I am the Fiscal Director (and wear about 4 other hats) for a not-for-profit housing development agency. We deal in housing rehab, new construction and LIHTC projects. We just finished (due date of 2/10) the CAT taxes - what a mess!

My work is interesting, but hard work! A staff of a Director, Tenant Services Coordinator, 2 support staff and myself! CRAZY! In the last 5 years we have rehabbed 32 substandard houses and built 565 single and multi-family LIHTC units! Eliminating blight and slum is hard work but very rewarding!

I totally understand about the tax season! Whew!!!!
