Well, if you lived in the northeastern part of the county your skin would be soaking up the oil every chance it got! 😉
I shouldn't complain after the mild winter we had this last year!

Thanks for the reply!
Have a great weekend!

Can you be almost gluten free

Post by wmonique2 »

I am using one that says that it is pure mag oil but I hate it. I put it on before I take a shower, rub it well, then wash it off. It stings like hell. It is not pleasant. If I leave it on, it starts burning.... Like Tex I don't like the greasiness of it either....

According to Gabes, the burning is a sign that you are magnesium deficient, and as the deficiency is resolved, the burning will stop. I found that to be true in my case.

But maybe rubbing it irritates your skin, after all, it is a salt.

I use the same brand Tex. Personally, I don't tolerate the sticky feeling very well. I used to spray it on the bottoms of my feet before I put my socs on at night but it dried my feet out so I discontinued it except for the occasional spray under the pits after a shower. That can be sticky too but not always. I depend on the pill form and have noticed a huge improvement in muscle cramps.
