I have to say that if I could have gotten my body to cooperate with any feelings of stress that I might have been experiencing I might have been able to bypass the bathroom this season...at least now I can place it behind me and be happy for all the great memories I have been able to have during this time.

Now onto getting back into a routine again...and hopefully my body is cool with that too

I Hope everyone has been able to make great memories this season too!

Merry Christmas to all of you on this wonderful board. Martha, that's a wonderful pic of your family.

I'm still trying to find a happy medium. I ate something on Christmas afternoon that didn't set well with me and the vomiting started about 4 hours later and once I got that out of my system, I was much better, but I'm running a little sluggish this week. I believe it was some of the Costco corn chips that I've eaten literally packages of, but they didn't taste quite right, and yet, I kept eating them. That's the only thing I can put my finger on. I know it was good ole fashioned food poisoning. Anyway, I've learned that every day is a gift! And with this disease, you can take 1 step forward and 2 steps backwards! But, as long as I'm upright most of the time, I'm ok with that...............
