So I'm using 2.5 packets of Cholestyramine a day and have read alot about how it can deplete your fat soluble vitamins. So I have started supplementing these...is this a good idea or am I just being paranoid?? Taking supplemental A, E, K in addition to my D which I just bumped up yesterday due to Gabes recommendation.

most definately good idea and need to take them at least 2 hours away from the cholestryamine.
the other thing the cholestryamine impacts is B12 absorption
I know that you are in a hurry to get well for your trip in March, please take it slow introducing new supplements. for now (ie a couple of weeks) I would stick with mainly the Vit D3 and magnesium. get the inflammation levels down and then start introducing others.
