I just re-read your original post. Since you typically reflare at 30 days I would take the antihistamine for 40 days to be safe. If it is too drying you can get some saline nose spray for around $1.99 at Walmart and use a baby humidifier that you can pick up for around $20.00.

Also I saw your diet looks good. During this period consider temporarily eliminate any food with an ingredient list. Re-test and add back in once you get safely off of budesonide.
