You could use it personlise your own plan, just putting in the foods that you intend to eat over the coming week. I found that it works for me because it makes me think about what I am going to consume so I plan on things that are not only nutritious & low fat, but will not upset me greatly. Sticking to it has not been a problem at all. Have deviated a couple of time but have changed it on the plan so it is a correct record & make you see where there are any problems.
