Randy
my guess is it is a combo of two things
a) the magnesium
b) mental and emotional aspect - now that you know the reason 'why' for many of your health issues, that there is an affordable solution, and you are not the only one, brings huge amount of relief, you will be less stressed and the good vibes your body is making is helping...

No, at least not that I'm aware of. But because I was magnesium deficient for so many years, I'm very aware that I am at risk and I might have a tiny tumor growing. As you will learn from the book, contrary to common belief, pancreatic cancer is very slow to develop and it can take 20 years or more for a tumor to grow to a size where it begins to be a threat.

Most pancreatic cancer victims don't die from pancreatic cancer — they die from cancer in other organs as it begins to metastisize. Pancreatic cancer typically doesn't cause any symptoms, so normally there's no reason to look for it. That's why it's only rarely diagnosed before it's too late to be treated.

But IMO the key to preventing pancreatic cancer from becoming a threat is to avoid fructose because most types of pancreatic cancer cannot propagate (produce new cells and grow) without fructose. It thrives on fructose, and it declines without it. That's another risk factor for me because before my MC symptoms began, I almost always drank at least half a dozen cokes every day, for many decades. These days, the only significant source of fructose in my diet that I'm aware of is half a banana most days. Otherwise, I eat no fruit, and no vegetables that contain fructose, and I don't touch anything sweetened with corn syrup or high-fructose corn syrup. And I've also cut chicken out of my diet. If I'm right, I should be OK.

I just thought that everyone should be aware of the information in the book, so that's why I published it free of charge. It's information that we will never get from our doctors. Their job is to treat disease, not prevent it. That approach helps for many diseases, but it doesn't work for pancreatic cancer because treatment (after diagnosis) is rarely successful. And one can't wait until after diagnosis to begin avoiding fructose, because diagnosis almost always follows metastisization. And as far as I'm aware, other types of cancer do not require fructose for propagation.

Thanks very much sir, I have almost read your entire book, should finish it today. I found if very informative and will utilize the information to make wise choices. I have had 2 full contrast scans of my abdomen and 1 of my chest in the past 4 months. Negative results. So maybe utilizing the information in your book I can avoid PC. I stared taking magnesium and vit D3 yesterday. I have to be careful about the Magnesium because it make me a little too relaxed and sleepy, nothing overwhelming. It went away in about and hour or so. Today I am not feeling really good, but I read the posts about how I may feel worse before I feel better so I am going to hang in there. Thanks again for the book and the information.
