the low inflammation, gut healing eating plan that was suggested to you in the first page of this discussion
lots of good animal protein every meal, home made bone broth is packed full of gut healing nutrients,
http://www.perskyfarms.com/phpBB2/viewforum.php?f=79
Eating plan Stage one and stage two.
yes, dried fruits are also high in nitrates and histamine, and sugar as you found.

David,
As I mentioned in my last post, you can treat dyspepsia with H2 blockers, such as nizatidine (Axid), famotidine (Pepcid), cimetidine (Tagamet), or ranitidine (Zantac).
The "gurgling roaring noises" you mentioned are the sounds of microscopic colitis. It's the noise our gut makes when microscopic colitis is active. Something in your diet, or a drug you are taking is causing those symptoms.

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.
Update
So my Fecal lactprotectin came back negative 00, getting off corticosteroids...thats pretty much it, feeling ok more or less, better, formed stool, less morning pain in hips, urgent need to def, gone...
Doc still unsure of condition, eating 4-5 meals a day.
Got vivomixx for 20 days.

David,
That test measures a certain type of white blood cells (lymphocytes) known as neutrophils. Crohn's disease and ulcertative colitis cause high neutrophil levels, but microscopic colitis does not. So that test result rules out Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis, but it does not rule out microscopic colitis.
I hope that you continue to feel better.

The only official diagnostic criteria for MC are based on the examination of biopsy samples under a microscope, counting lymphocytes (for LC), and measuring collagen band thickness in the lamina propria (for CC). In my opinion, MC can also be caused by mast cell activation disorder. But researchers have never even considered that possibility, so doctors are unaware of it.David wrote:Hmmm, is there any biomarker which confirms MC,also
Your inflammation might also be caused by mastocytic enterocolitis. Diagnosis requires a mast cell count based on biopsy samples from the colon. But a pathologist can re-examine your existing biopsy samples by staining them with a special tryptase stain before re-examining them under a microscoope. If the mast cell count under the microscope exceeds 20 mast cells per high-power field, you have mastocytic enterocolitis. Most labs don't stock the tryptase stain, so it would probably have to be ordered if your doctor is willing to order that the slides be re-examined to look for mastocytic enterocolitis.
Testing for SIBO is often recommended by naturopaths, but unfortunately virtually all of us have SIBO when our MC is active. In most cases, SIBO is a symptom of a digestive system problem (such as MC). SIBO is not the cause of the problem — it's just a symptom of the problem. That's why treating SIBO is usually not helpful (for more than a week or 2). Because treating SIBO is just treating a symptom, it will come right back soon after the treatment ends. After we resolve our MC (or any other digestive system problem that is causing SIBO), the SIBO will disappear along with the other symptoms. I can't say that treating SIBO is useless in every case because there is an exception to every rule. But for most of us, treating SIBO is rarely helpful.

As weaning off budosan I feel nervousness at evening in my joints, and I feel like il jump from my skin for a few minutes, its uncomfortable, and low on conceyration
It's like first two weeks when I first used it..
Feeling like addict lol
Also..
im using fish oil, in capsules,1 in morning, need to buy mg chelate-gylcinate these days too,
Here we have mineral water with very high amounts of minerals, i think ill drink this few weeks too before buying it, ofc 0.5 l a day.
These are values on one liter.
Mg(1000mg/L),
(Na +) 1700 [/color]
(Ca 2+)-380 mg/L
(HCO 3 -)-7800mg/L
(SO 4 2-)-2100 mg/L
(Cl -)-75 mg/L
What else I could do help my gut, since im gluten free, diary, proccesed foods sugar free, and on bland diet? (4 months now)
i feel im eating pretty much good amounts of vegetables, regardless to that im plaining to buy product that was reccomendet by the person who works in pharmacy store, product name is Bio regulat pro - http://bioticas.com/en/4_320/regulat-pr ... iedermaier she says that product is great becouse it is not synthetic, becouse synthetic stuff can trigger.
btw...I came across that amalgam filling, mercury is connected to gut brain and other organs and that removal could reverse diseases!
Do tell what you think about this things.
Thanks!

Joint pain of a night - strong indication of magnesium deficiency -
a key supplement that is not on your list is Vit D3 - at least 5000iu per day
Mercury - amalgam fillings - yes they are one of the toxins that can cause issues in the gut/brain, but there are many many others - some we can inherit and others are recent ones that our society is flooded with
these discussion may be of interest to you.
mercury in vaccines (more of an issue than dental fillings) http://www.perskyfarms.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=22970
toxins in general - page three of this discussion http://www.perskyfarms.com/phpBB2/viewt ... 7&start=30
The product that you provided the link for - i could not locate a list of actual ingredients but this statement concerned me
it might be ok - but the only way to know is to try it.
I am aware that do not have formal MC Dx - long story shorts you may have read in other discussions when we are inflammed, any product with too many ingredients is high risk to cause issues.

mold - http://www.perskyfarms.com/phpBB2/viewt ... light=moldDepending on your lifestyle from birth to now, where you lived, inside toxins, external toxins, water quality etc coupled with what you inherited from parents - as you can be born with toxic metals and chemicals etc if your parents had high exposure in the 10-30 years pre conception**, will give a starting point if this is 'impacting' improvements to wellness. (does this make sense)
ie DDT has a half life of about 15 years
mercury has a half life of 444 years
cadmium has a half life 6-38 years
Dioxins are 7-11 years
Uranium is 4 billion years!

the problem with this that if there are 1 or 2 items that you react to, in amongst the 10-20 (or more) that are in the product and you react, there is no way of knowing what ingredients are you are reacting to.Regulat is a fermented drink made up of fruits, nuts and vegetables from the soil produced by organic agriculture.

About vit D\hormone, I think I should be tested for defficieny first, as as told in pharmacy that till 1000 iu is safe to use on your own, for higher dosage I need to talk with regular doc. and gastroenterologist, I should sign up for test then, I dont want to take that high dosage on my own, I hope you understand.
Im concerned about Calcium, since i dont eat milk things, so.. to supplement or not?

That may be true for some people, but with MC, it's natural ingredients that cause us to react. Ingredients made (refined) from gluten, dairy, and soy, for example.David wrote:she says that product is great becouse it is not synthetic, becouse synthetic stuff can trigger.
It's always good to know your vitamin D level, but if pharmacists in your country actually believe that taking over 1,000 IU of vitamin D is risky, then no doctor or pharmacist is likely to recommend a dose high enough to provide any benefits for you. In this country, the Vitamin D Council says that 5,000 IU of vitamin D is safe for everyone. And most people can safely take up to at least 10,000 IU of vitamin D daily for several months before having a test to check their vitamin D blood level.David wrote:I think I should be tested for defficieny first, as as told in pharmacy that till 1000 iu is safe to use on your own, for higher dosage I need to talk with regular doc. and gastroenterologist, I should sign up for test then, I dont want to take that high dosage on my own, I hope you understand.
