zero carb diet

zero carb diet

does anyone here have expirience with zero carb, on a flare we pretty much cant tolerate carbs as good as before. some like me not even mushrooms and broccoli, but im lost on how safe it is going w no vegetables at all and for how long but i know it might be the only way to give ur system a break.

also the portion sizes to keep us full for 6 hours...anyone gone zero carb to bring remission again?

Sure, several members here have recovered using an all-meat diet. It's a perfectly healthy diet as long as the meat has enough fat to supply your requirements. Carbs are one class of food that humans can do without and remain very healthy.
