vitamin d suggestion?
Can anyone recommend a good brand of vitamin D? Something with few additives and easy on the stomach? Thank you!
I use Doctor's Best 5,000 IU softgels. I avoid the 3,000 IU tablets — they're so dry that they tend to stick in my throat. If you want to take some dosage other than 5,000 IU, just skip days or set up a pattern that will average out to the daily dose you want.

the now foods Vit D3 with Vit K is a good affordable MC safe product (I purchase it from iherb)
the other option given your ongoing gerd issues, is to consider a better quality lingual product that is better absorbed.

Thank you. I'm allergic to coconut so afraid to use the Pure Encapsulations product because it has MCT in it. Does this look like a good one? I've used it before and it's effective (Seeking Health Optimal Vitamin D):
