I've tried it and it didn't help me. But it didn't hurt me either. Once I resolved my magnesium deficiency my indigestion went away.

Im sorry to hear that, but meant it is allowed for baking
Cause im making rice flour banana bread so I need something natural to put into so it can be fluffy.:)

That's funny :lol: I think it's ok for most of us! I've never had issues with it, or heard of anyone else having a problem.....

I buy organic gluten free baking soda and cook with it - no issues.
