EMF increasing histamine

Post by Gabes-Apg »

this study found EMF caused an increase in histamine levels
EMF Is just one of many elements of our current lifestyle contributing to high toxin load on our bodies.
Several biomarkers like histamine, nitrotyrosine, and circulating antibodies against O-myelin were increased. The 24-h urine melatonin/creatinine ratio was decreased.

Under the influence of EMFs and/or chemicals a cer-ebral hypoperfusion/hypoxia-related neuroinflam-mation may occur.(e) EHS and/or MCS patients might be potentially at risk of chronic neurodegenerative diseases and cancer
Other diseases that require attention with respect to EMFBased on interactions between EMF exposure and biologi-cal responses that, e.g. lead to a disturbance of the oxi-dative/nitrosative homeostasis, a variety of diseases are possible and even expected to occur. Some examples are given here.Havas reported in 2008 (250): “Transient electromag-netic fields (dirty electricity), in the kilohertz range on elec-trical wiring, may be contributing to elevated blood sugar levels among diabetics and prediabetics. By closely follow-ing plasma glucose levels in four Type 1 and Type 2 diabetics, we find that they responded directly to the amount of dirty electricity in their environment.

Hey Gabes:

What do we do about this stuff? I ask as I sit here with a laptop on my lap and a fit bit on my wrist. They would say these things are bad right? What do you do in your life to limit these exposure?

Thanks for posting, I'm going to book mark to read later. I'm too tired to focus on something that technical right now.

All things in moderation and each person has to manage their 'inflammation triggers' - if you are prone or reactive to histamine then you should try and reduce exposure maybe a bit more than others. Or if you are having a period of higher histamine triggers like pollen, then try and reduce EMF exposure those days/weeks

one key thing is turning the wifi modems etc off of a night so that rest and sleep is EMF free. no EMF devices in the bedroom.

I use Ethernet cables to connect PC /Laptop devices when I am on the network at home, and limit my time using the ipad on wifi.
on the days I work in Wifi office, I go home and do some earthing, do a walk around the farm etc, get some sunlight, fresh air etc.
the device I use as an alarm clock is not connected to a network. (and is more than 2 metres from my head when I am sleeping)

Also having low EMF days are good - where you don't wear fitbit, don't spend time in wifi networks, etc.

Like the eating plan and lifestyle changes we make for our MC management plan it is finding the sweet spot of balance - that you can live life, work and interact as you need to, that you are not obsessing about things, but also being mindful that these types of triggers can have impact on our wellness.

I am very lucky, living on farm that the EMF levels are very very low, no smart meter for electricity, the main switchboard is on a pole away from the house (ie not attached to the house) no mobile phone range. I don't own or use a microwave, and now with career changes I am not in aeroplanes / airports anymore. I have made these changes because things like EMF are a big trigger for me.
The same as I don't dye my hair (up until 4 years ago I got it done every 6-8 weeks) I don't wear make up, and minimise contact with chemicals etc

Thanks for the info Gabes, that's very useful. I too actually live on a farm, kind of. We bought one and moved out to the country, but so far we are still working so all we do is a garden every year that we tend to not take enough care of, and we have chickens, of which I can't eat the eggs and meat anymore (go figure). But I do IT work from home, so I have wireless everywhere (my doing), and I've been using my microwave a ton since I'm freezing everything and trying to thaw it out right before I eat it. I'll slowly work in some of the things you suggested here, that is really helpful how you explained it. Sounds simple, but harder to implement if somebody doesn't draw you a map like you did here.

I am a step ahead on the hair dye and no makeup thing though! I'm just lazy and never really enjoyed all that jazz so never really got into it. I put a dap of makeup on a couple days a week and that's it. Only dyed my hair few times in my life. When you start getting gray in your teens it feels less like an aging thing and more like your natural hair color I guess.

Thanks for the tips and for taking the time.
Have a wonderful day/night, whatever it is there.

I've found grounding helpful with my MC. If I hold a grounding pad long enough across my stomach, holding with my hands onto the pad, I'll often be well. I don't understand why that happens, and it doesn't always help, but frequently it does.

On Youtube there are videos demonstrating how grounding/earthing over rides some common EMFs found around the house.

Hey Blueberry,

Thanks for sharing your experience. I have histamine issues, I think. I'm currently taking zyrtec and it's helping some with my symptoms so I guess that's a good indicator. I'll have to look into this.

Thanks!

a good option for many health reasons but also to balance the impact EMF exposure - post dinner time, turn off the wifi and blue screen devices, do an epsom salt foot soak while you listen to podcasts/music/audiobooks etc, do some colouring in or craft activity the detoxing benefits of the epsom salts, with relaxing activity will balance out the events of the day...
magnesium is key for balancing histamine levels in the body I also increase P5P intake (B6) on heavy EMF days.

working from home - set a timer for every 30 mins or every hour. get up from computer, go outside for 10 mins... give eyes a break, body a break from the EMF, get some sunshine, fresh air etc.
if weather is poor - turn of the wifi for 10 mins and listen to a podcast - rest the mind and body for 10 mins.

to minimise use of microwave, i take things out night before and put in fridge and next day heat meals in small saucepan or in the oven

like adjusting to the MC eating plan, make /implement one change at a time, stick with it for a few weeks that is becomes a habit that flows, then implement another... dont make too many changes at once. progress not perfection..

I notice when I work four days in a row around enough electrical current to keep iron man alive, I get swollen? I sleep on an earthing sheet and also use wrist bands while I'm in the office, most times I'm running around and can't do that. You just do what you can. I also got a smart meter cover that has made a difference in my nighttime sleeping. If people think we are crazy for a diet, pull this one out on em......I just say "beep beep" and put a tin foil hat on my head so they shut up and leave me alone

Kewl! Another crazy earther.

I buy EKG patches and at night stick one to the bottom of a foot, a major acupuncture sight, and plug into the grounding line. It keeps my heart healthy I tell others.

Seriously though, doing that has helped my knees better than anything else I've done. I'll play tennis on hard courts in the summer. After hitting in the past I could be hobbled for days. Since the EGK patch idea, the knees feel great when I wake up.

I think I'm one of those rare birds that never got into the microwave craze. I have one, but it's tuck away in my pantry and only gets used in extreme emergency!
