we are still having summer temps (86F) so it was very tiring spending all weekend in the sun with not much shade
Sunday i was up at 4am to glam up the hair etc and didnt home until 5pm and was in bed by 6pm! that is a big day for me. and had to be at work to do complex payroll by 7.30am on Monday morning

am about to start working on the photos now...
Oh yah, that's what I want to hear all about... the girly stuff, and getting glammed up.
I imagine this did wipe you out and that heat - it really must have really been hard on you. But also what a long day !

Get some rest ......for about a month and then post photos !

if I get 3 nights of good sleep rest - and once digestion goes back to reasonable routine then yes it only takes me a few days to recover from big weekends.... in cooler weather it is 1-2 days.

No doubt, I would feel the same after reading some of your old posts I can see you have come a long way.
I would be happy to just have any little improvement and I don't feel my expectations are too high. But I do have to remind myself that this doesn't get solved over night and you mentioning it took you 3 years to get to the point your at is proof it doesn't happen over night.

I am inspired by all you have done and where you have landed !

Grateful for all your sharing !

this little chap appeared when i was weeding the garden today..
i love the symbolism of animals and the reminders they can give us

this is meaning of frogs;
Frog teaches us to honour our emotions. It implies a need to settle the emotional dust and prevents the stream of life from flowing in productive manner
it promises to cleanse our spirit by stimulating the release of sacred tears and the freeing of pent-up emotion. When we welcome our cleansing tears, we are reassuring ourselves that everything will be ok and that all will work out in the end
Instinctively we are preparing our bodies for fruitful new beginnings.
when honoured our tears hold the power to strengthen us and deepen our sense of self worth, tears welcome growth back into our lives, but only when they are celebrated.
where there is no love, encouragement or support there is no change of growth. without rain there is no life. without tears there is no healing. Frog asks that we embrace tears, and to see them as a chance to rid yourself of emotional, physical and spiritual burden.
it reminds you to shun negativity and fear and to release emotional baggage; to welcome and honour your tears and see them as a healthy way to cleanse the soul of pain, grief, fear and longing.

Sharing frog with you
Hugs
XO

I love this Gabes!

I saw a frog almost every week for the whole summer in 2015. I took it to mean that I must learn to be resilient. To be able to adapt wherever I am in the present moment. Land or water.... I saw many strange things that summer. They were all messengers. This meaning makes a lot of sense as well. That summer I was doing major emotional/body work to release old fears/stressors and to embrace and adapt to this new way of life that MC brought to me. Can't wait for pics!

Big Love

I just sent my mom an emicon of a frog this morning as it is her 70th birthday - we both got a little emotional yesterday as I turn 50 in August....pretty monumental year for us both  We both agree we need to do something together to celebrate this years changes taking place.

What a great intuitive reason for the frog today

What a gift to wake up to ! Beautifully told & truly a powerful message of cleansing, healing and acceptance of change. I truly believe animals speak to us in many ways, and they can assist us with our personal path of awareness, if we listen and observe ~ we are after all one with nature.

The story of Frog evoked many mixed feelings I needed to look at, I am very sensitive to messages like this ... thank you for sharing frog's message !

Love this group of people - so glad that this little chap and the words from my animal symbolism book connected with multiple people..

:bugzap:

Rebecca, let the tears flow if you need to, lets embrace cleansing our souls of pain, burden, grief, fear.
hugs

Erica, send some happy birthday hugs to your mum from me

Vanessa, not so long ago I had a frog that was in my kitchen! each morning he would either be in the spout of my kettle, in the sink. At first it was unsettling (as prior to that i had never touched or held a frog) over time I embraced the meaning, I would talk to him, embrace the emotions that I was bottling in a bit.
