vitamin question for Wayne et al

Hi. I just noticed my Intergrative Therapeutics Active B-Complex has as an ingredient "Pantothenic Acid as calicum D-pantothenate." It has 100mg in two capsules.

Do you know if this is the same thing as calcium? I ask because I'm trying to avoid calcium supplements in an effort to increase my magnesium absorption (and tighten my LES).

That's vitamin B-5. It's not a source of calcium.
