Any K2 supplements without Soy aka Natto in it?

Post by Erica P-G »

I want to keep my bone density at a decent level since I have noticed some weakness in areas of my body that I didn't used to have....I am sure turning 50 in August this year and having gone thru the menopause stage two years ago I should pay attention to the subtle intuitive nudges I get.

Any help is appreciated :-)

Drs Best K2-MK7 label says soy free
Carlson K2-MK4 Carlson website says soy free

I'm taking both (every other day.)

There appear to be more studies on the MK-4 version.

Thanks Brandy....
I'm finding when I dig deeper into some of these brands they are made with fermented Soy (natto) or Chickpea....found another one made with coconut oil but it was refined with Palm oil...good grief....
I might have to tough it out with the least reactive....but when the Enterolab results say you react more to gluten and soy you kinda shy from things with any of that remotely in it.
I haven't thought about those patches that LouAnn has shared....will look at those too!

Erica,

My Vit D3 has K2 in it. They are by Orthomolecular Products and are drops. That bottle will last you forever....There is nothing bothersom in them. Drops seem to do better for me and bypass the gut. Hope your doing well my darling. You always helped me out with your positivity when I was super bummed :tigerpoobearhug:

Thank you Vanessa :flowersmiley:

I will look at that product!

I seem to be doing pretty good at the moment....I upped the B6 to 100mg like Gabes suggested (to combat the histamine) and I notice I have to up the Mag (from 500 to around 700) during my virtual week of hormone fluctuation that I don't see why my body insists on thinking there is a reason but it does. Other than that....I guess I'm good to go for a while ;-)

I hope you are doing just as well too :-)

Big Hugs
Erica

I want to share that I have researched each an every one of the suggestions mentioned above and for $20 the PatchMD has everything included for 30 days that one would need in order to downsize supplements and also get the required 4 some needed for things to work in tandem.

VitD3 2000Iu
Mag Malate 250mg
VitK2 as Men7 200mcg
Calcium carbonate 1000mg

Seems to be a good combination and I can wear it at night and I take less supplements internally this way! Bonus!!

Thanks for all the suggestions!
Hugs

Erica,
Strike my suggestion of Seeking Heath....I just called to make sure and contains natto! 😞
It's very confusing on the label, so that why I called!
Jeez!!!! 😠

Duly noted Linda!

Thanks for letting us know!

I'm finding it very crazy that one has to dig so hard and deep to find how something is exactly created.

But.....each vitamin sold alone (k2 and d3) are soy free....just not the combined vitamin!

How confusing is that? Wow! I'm worn out!

Hahahaha!

Happy Easter! 🐣
