Wahls Protocol Cookbook

Post by JFR »

I just bought the new Wahl's Protocol Cooking for Life cookbook. I am not a cookbook buyer, especially since I am gf (all grains in fact), df, sf and ef but I made an exception with this one because the Wahl's protocol also avoids all those products. The recipes do contain a lot of vegetable so it is probably not appropriate for people who are still getting things under control but for someone like me, who scrupulously avoid grains, dairy, soy and eggs but can now eat vegetables it is close to perfect. It is also low carb although not as severely low as some low carb plans.
