Hello. Just wanted to share that The Vitamin Shoppe Omega 3 Fish Oil (specialty) softgels are buy one, get one 50% off. I'm not sure how long the sale is on. 1100mg (EPA 600mg, DHA 240 mg), no yeast, corn, wheat, gluten, sugar, salt, soy, starch, dairy, citrus, artificial colors or flavors.

FYI....I use Krill Plex from Pure Encapsulations.
It doesn't contain soy, either.

Hi Marcia,

Always if I read something on the forum about special brand of foods or supplements, it is not for me because I'm Dutch and evrything is different here. But I use this same fish oil from the vitamin shop. I choose it because there is no soy etc in it and also because this fish oil is made of ansjovis or sardines (I forgot). The man in my Vitamin shop told me exactly where the ansjovis or sardines is caught, but I forgot too.
I have extreme foodintolerances for some fishes and I have to be sure about the origin of the fish oil.
For everybody its good that fish oil is made out of very little fishes, because they are low in the food chain and therefore they have few metals, toxins etc. Most fish oil is made of big fishes, like salmon.

So thank you for this nice information. Maybe we have sale here too
