Anyone with this problem?
For about 6 mos. I had a lot of gurgling popping and gas. It doesn't knock the buzzard off a meat wagon!! I have mostly regular BM's and occasional loperamide use. I thought it would slowly go away but it is 6 mos. now. Can't seem to figure if it is going to be a bigger problem than what it is.
Happy to see Tex on here more and recovering well!

HI Janie,
Lots of gurgling and gas....well my first instinct is that perhaps you are eating something that continues to disagree with you....I'd be a detective and explore my food options and base them on Stage one healing eating plan from this site.
Let us know if you find your culprit ;-)

Yes, something in your diet is causing that. Broccoli or cabbage or some other cruciferous vegetable, for example. Carbs in general cause gas.
