Maple syrup, corn syrup, and turmeric powder?
Has anyone got any contact with these and how you use turmeric powder?

maple syrup in small amounts may be ok - main caution is to limit sugar intake
corn syrup - no. to high in sugar and generally it is made from GMO based corn
Turmeric - from memory, only a very small amount of members tolerated / saw benefit from Turmeric. Yes it can help with inflammation in the gut, but the MC type inflammation reactions are not the same as other IBDs so the turmeric will not help with this.
re the flours, have a look at my post of yesterday about cross contaminates. for some people things like millet and buckwheat can appear to the body/immune system as Gluten.
again there are a very small number of people that can tolerate these flours - so long as they are grown, processed and stored well away from wheat and corn.
hope this helps
