Yeasts

Post by ldubois7 »

Hi All!

Just wondered if & when you added yeast back into your diet?

I wanted to make cashew 'cheese' sauce with nutritional yeast (which is deactivated yeast) and just wondered if anyone was successful adding any type yeast back into their diet after healing.

Thanks!
Linda :)

Hey Linda,

I started using nutritional yeast about 6 months ago without any issues. It has a delicious nutty/cheesy flavor. I add it to avocados, and put it on cocunut oiled popcorn. It's yummy.

same for me, I have been able to have small amounts - so long as it is 'prepared' properly (slowly not fast track type thing)
