I have been a member of this board for two years now, and I have learned a lot as to what to eat and what not, which has lead me to a new direction. The most important lesson I have found was from a group of people who believe in old traditional food.
So, now I eat raw liver from chicken and lambs, I make bone broth from grass fed cattle, eat organic egg yolks, eat gelatine, salted and fermented meat, sour dough bread, I make fermented milk directly from cows, fermented cod liver oil, and pinches of unrefined sea salt at least four times a day. And, to be able to eat the raw liver, I drink kefir made from cow's milk with the liver, milk directly from the cow - unpasteurized and not homogenized.
I think this is the true way to good health. In February I will be 70 years old, but I have not felt this energetic in my whole life!
My poop has never been this solid, I don't run to the bathroom 20 times a day, I have finally started to gain some weight, and I don't wake up 4 times during the night to run to the toilet
