Knock on wood, I have been doing well. Normals. Still on Stage One diet but beginning to experiment one food at a time.
Duck eggs. Check! Ketchup. Check! Corn chips. Check!
What about well cooked onions? I miss them in a meatloaf, for example. I know we are all different, but anyone doing fine with them?
What about well cooked garlic, again, like in a meatloaf or sauce? Garlic powder?
Thanks,
Susan

I have gotten adventuresome lately with my veggies and surpringly found that I can tolerate onions and spring onions. Green and colored peppers appear to do ok as well. I found I was staying away from trying based on discussions but I was missing so badly I decided I would start testing adding back in some additional sauteed, roasted, and otherwise well cooked veggies in my turkey and rice broth. I have even gone so far as to start ordering my CSA veggie box again....although I still swap out a lot of veggies on the list for sweet potatoes. Everyone is so different. I will count my blessings where I can get them. I love and sorely missed my veggies.
