Budesdine study -effectiveness for D&C or combo inflamma

Carol and I were just talking about this a few days ago. She said she was on this medication despite not having chronic D but other severe inflammation symptoms and said that others on the board have had similar situations with taking this medication.

In the past 10 to 14 years, I altered my diet to avoid diarrhea and sometimes would have to deal with constipation and getting things in balance. Since I avoided restaurants and eight according to how things were down there... I managed to avoid chronic or frequent D. If I hadn't of changed my ways, stop drinking alcohol and coffee and raw vegetables/garlic/onions/spicy spices, i'm sure my condition would be more D prone. This May 1st flare has definitely stopped me in my tracks (literally) and just want my life and health/energy back. This afternoon was rough with nausea which I'm thinking is from adding a few more mushy carrots to lunch and dinner. Yesterday I didn't eat any rice and didn't burp as much (Yay), but woke up feeling IBSy and not as interested in eating like I normally a.m. as soon as I get up. Thankfully were than four hours the nausea went away and I was able to eat too small dinners at 5:30 and 8:30. Very tired but no nausea tonight thank God! It usually happens after my first meal of the day and after a BM. I need more energy and the ability to eat more without feeling ill afterwards, so I can get out of the house some. Still debating if I'm desperate enough to take a chance on Budesdine helping me and decreasing inflammation and allowing me to get stronger. Eating turkey three times a day (maybe guessing 225 to 250 cal each serving) is definitely helping, but all the symptoms after eating are sometimes very hard to deal with as well as being home 95% of the time. No D but IBS type BMs sometimes.

Thank you all for your support and your patience while I'm navigating these tricky waters ...
