Is White Bread A Healthier Choice Than Whole Wheat Bread?

Post by tex »

Hahahaha. This study is like comparing 2 poisons and trying to decide if it's "healthier" to eat one poison than the other.

Is white or whole wheat bread 'healthier?' Depends on the person

Here's a link to an abstract of the original research article if you're interested in this sort of thing.

 incredible.....

Flour is still gluten, unless made without it! I know that sounds redundant....but after reading the Plant Paradox book...I'm getting suspicious of Lectins now, and if I had to choose I have to choose White and made with Green Banana or Coconut flour!

Whole Grain Wheat or Wheat Germ Agglutinin or WGA reportedly is a Lectin Bomb inside us, destroying our gut lining at an incredible speed. On this note I have to add that Chickens that are fed corn or soybeans to fatten them up is exactly what we are eating after the fact in their meat so that is a Lectin Bomb inside our gut too.

Lectins....who knew what their impact could be and are to our MC gut world.

I'm still trying to figure it all out in my mind.
