Tylenol PM

I have MC-LC. I take Tylenol PM sometimes. Is this Ok. to take?

Hi MJ,

The "PM" part is just diphenhydramine HCl, which is commonly known as Benadryl, so it should be OK to use.

MJ, I've had not problem with Benedryl as a sleep aid. Be aware that long term use of diphenhydramine HCl (we are talking years here) is linked to dementia/alzheimers.
