Interesting, Tex. What has been your nerve damage?

I'm with you on the magnesium, too. I am increasing my daily amount as I am still very fatigued. (I posted that I had stopped the ReMag and my energy was back. That appeared to be short lived and the fatigue is ruling me again. ) However, I am not going to go overboard.

My neurological issues have been peripheral neuropathy, balance, paresthesia, etc., which of course have all been amplified by the stroke.

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.
