Mo Maggie High Potency Magnesium Lotion

Post by skp »

I just bought Mo Maggie Magnesium Lotion. High Potency. I really like it. 250 mg magnesium per 1 teaspoon. It goes on well, you can wipe if off after 20-30 minute if you want to but I feel no need to. Fragrance free. Maybe some of you use it. Since I seem to have trouble with different oral magnesiums, topical is a nice choice. ReMag spray has to be sprayed on and let dry. I wanted something faster. Life Flo has a fragrance I don't especially care for and is somewhat sticky.

Kelly,
I'm not sure but I know that 1 oz of butter = 6 teaspoons. The bottle of magnesium lotion has 8 oz.
So, 6x8 = 48 teaspoons per bottle. It would depend on how many teaspoons you use per day. Each teaspoon has approximately 250 mg of magnesium.

This wouldn't be exact as butter is heavier than the mag lotion.
