I deleted the post in the lymes discussion and started this one for you!
yes, cauliflower has always been one of my safe veges, it is always readily available here (they are grown locally too) it is a good source of Vit C and Vit K..
to use it in the stew, I do pulse it a bit in the food processor so that during the cooking process it breaks down to thicken the stew.
I also coat the flourettes it in rice bran oil and salt and roast them with my other safe vegetables.

Thank you Gabes. I did find it helpful. I hope you never tire of hearing this but you are such an inspiration for me. you and Tex and EVERYONE on this forum. I don't think I could be doing this without y'all. Reading posts and just knowing there are people that understand has been soo helpful.
