Everyone's taste is different! Anyone else experience major changes in your taste buds and what tastes good after MC? Vanessa, I must be weird too, as I really like the taste of the ReMag with the sea salt in water. And I used to love plain water ... now I do prefer all the minerals! It also feels like all that water is being more absorbed, and not just sloshing around in the tummy!

Yes! That was another huge difference. I'm actually holding onto my water and don't feel thirsty all of the time!p.

Vanessa,

I needed to find and read your message today of hope and encouragement. It made me cry. I am so tired/worn out and miss my life and enjoying each day without physical and emotional hurdles and challenges to constantly overcome. I am going to print out your message to remind me during the difficult moments.

Bless you. Stay well.

Wen!

I'm so glad my message brings you some comfort. I know how you are feeling! Take each moment one by one. Stay present and ask yourself "what's wrong in this moment?" I would usually answer myself with a few things like weakness and chest tightening. I could then move on if I kept reducing things down to moments so the big bad MC monster would go away. I hope that makes sense.....
