Active B6, B9 and B12

why
- cornerstones of methylation cycle,
- good amounts of active B6 are required to balance DAO/histamine/mast cell levels in the body
- good amounts of active B12 are essential for energy and brain function
- all B vitamins are key for nervous system, immune system, digestive system

if you have not done any reading about methylation cycle, and its importance for health, there is a section of the forum with info/articles.
highly recommend you check it out

Yes to what GAbes posted.....particularly if you are struggling with any brain fog. I could "feel" my brain working better after about 8 weeks on the supplement.

The foundation newsletter (see link above) addresses most of these.

Vit B12, B6 Supplements - Any Recommendations?

Post by Pam V »

I've read the foundation newsletter with great interest and am wondering if any of you could make a suggestion on where/what type B Supplements I should buy. I understand that I should be looking for B 12, B 6 and B 2 - when I was looking for information on Magnesium supplements, a member had recommended one from Kirkman, which I have had good success with. I've looked at B vitamins at Whole Foods and have not seen any sublingual ones. I do think that I would benefit from getting some - I was just going to ask some questions of you this morning about how to get rid of or at least reduce my brain fog.

As always - thank-you so much for your help.
