PAM and LANDO - Thanks for your Coffee Creamer Tips!! Enjoy your Coffee!!

RETTA - Thanks for sharing some of your health history with me! About those ENTERO LAB Tests... I am on a very, VERY fixed income and I thought the Tests were way out of my league, too. But with CC, I found that without the knowledge they provided, I would have had more questions than even this wonderful Forum could ever had answered. The TESTS took away the guesswork about my decision making and Particular diet needs and what changes I had to make. Otherwise, it was way too much too narrow down on my own.

That was my experience, anyway. Of course, you must be the one to make that decision, as only you know what's best for your own life! :)

Great chatting with you!

Dear Treese
Here in Canada daya makes a dairy free, gluten free smoked gouda cheese and provolone cheese. Both are really good, but havemany ingredients.I wondwe myself if it is better to have laitaid free cheese or dairy free? I am waiting for my results fromenterlaband will ask Tex that question. It is spelled Daiya, dairy free, soy free, nocassein,no gmos.THe ingredients are filtered water, tapioca starch, coconut oil, vegan natural flavous, peaprotein isolate.non GMO expellerpressed canola and sunflower oil, chicory root extract, xanthan gum,pea starch, potatoe prtein, vegan enzyme. Is this in a very small amount safer then a laitaid free cheese with less ingredients. Also I bought Haiku rice noodles which say on the package wheat free,no cholesterol, and gluten free. They do not mention soy free,I checked their website again no mention of soy, does this mean it is soy free? I wouldadd it to my organic chicken broth,I find it frustrating sometimes to know if a product is soy free.
Also just wondering if my M.C. or other members have at times stomach cramps or pain. I guess this is because I ate something that my body can not handle or just a system of M.C. I do not have d. with these cramps and I do not have to run to the bathroom, that issue is if I eat something really bad for my stomach then immediately I have cramps and my body expels it.The many facets of M.C..Every day is a new experience.
Thank you
Erica

ERICA, Hi! Sometimes my brain just gets so confused by it all that I have to step back and meditate while. The product ingredients on packages can leave me cuckoo. I am trying a Soy Cheese now which does not taste like cheese to me at all. I think I would rather not have cheese than start eating that stuff. Plus, it costs a small fortune to buy. Maybe now that Amazon has taken over Wholefoods here in the States, prices may come down on Healthy Foods, as they have promised.

I hope your Lab Test Results will help you to know what you need to do about your cheese issues.

And, I hope someone can help you with your cramping question. I am not too familiar with that one.

Thanks for the Reply!
