back from temporary absense

Post by Gabes-Apg »

this is just a general g'day to all - including welcome to the newbies

I have seen recent posts but have not had time to reply to all

in the past 3 weeks I have been juggling additional work hours across 3 different employers - worked 13 days straight (working about 85 hours in this 13 day period) and then had mega 2 day classic car show on the weekend.
thanks to my current supplement routine and sticking with my safe eating plan, my health is fantastic - this is a huge milestone for me given 3-4 years ago I was struggling to work 15 hours a week.

I will catch up with posts over the next week or so

I know you find it difficult with your dogs, but one thing that has got me through the past couple of weeks is a nighly Epsom salt foot soak!

And Tex,
forgot to mention. I got the winter Flu 7-8 weeks ago.
did high dose Vit D3 for three days (along with extra Zinc, Vit C, Mag) and within the 7 days it was ALL GONE.

there are many in Australia that have been hospitalised due to severity of symptoms.
and others that have had lingering cough for 2-3 months.

my $120 investment in good quality Vit D3 was way cheaper than what everyone else has been doing - 2 visits to doctor, useless antiobiotics and multiple days off work.

Thanks for the reminder.... it would be a good way to force myself to sit still and do something kind for myself. I also just purchased some of the Natural Calm powder and am mixing it in with my water throughout the day.
