How do you steam your fresh fish? And can your method be used for all fish. I love fish but hate fry and sometimes don't want to Bake. I will steam Veggies, is it the same process?

Fish can be steamed just the way you do vegetables. Generally the fish is put on a plate and then set over boiling water on a rack so that it not immersed in the water. Cover and cook until flaky. The fish not the cook.
It can also be done by making a sauce or medely of vegetabes in a frying pan and placing the fish on top. Cover and steam.
Here are a couple of sites to get you started. If you Google “steamed fish” you will find many more. You may have to make some adaptations for your diet but I think it is worth it.
