I think we are ALL remarkable in dealing with this MC. 
It's a tricky one, even with diet I am flaring off and on and I haven't strayed from my strict diet since being told I have MC. - All I can figure is I haven't identified all my food sensitivities.
You must be pretty good with orchids, you get them to re-bloom that is better than most people ! My husband walked in just now with a new cute orchid for me today !
I had about 35 orchids last year and don't you know one of them got that cotton looking stuff on it ( Mealybugs) and it went onto every single Orchid and I lost all 35 plants. I was plenty upset !!
So I am starting a whole collection of them this year.
