Toothpaste and coconut

Post by AKLynx »

Does anyone here have problems with coconut? If so, what do you do for toothpaste? I’ve found only one so far but it doesn’t have fluoride. My fiance suggested I use that and a fluoride rinse, but I figured I’d ask. I had liked Jason and Tom’s of Maine before this—they don’t burn my mouth.

I use this: https://www.amazon.com/Happy-Teeth-Gum- ... B0064RU5ZI

I also use Healthy Mouth Blend (nut free) by Ora Wellness.

I discovered Ora Wellness after I began using the Happy Teeth powder. I was thinking that I might try the Ora Wellness tooth powder after I finish the Happy Teeth powder but so far I really like what I'm using. I'm hoping that my next check up will see an improvement

I make my own toothpaste. The kind I make contains coconut oil, bentonite clay and baking soda but there are recipes for toothpaste without the coconut oil. I found this one:

I haven't tried it but it looks like it should work fine. I don't use any fluoride. My teeth do fine without it.

Hi I responded in a previous conversation but here is my reasoning for using products with out flouride....hence I would stick with Toms or Jason ;-)

Fluroquinolone toxicity = https://drcarolyndean.com/ Read her latest article....I feel this plus I probably had an issue with gluten when I was a child and this may have been my demise to having numerous dentist appointments in my youth.
