Vit C.

Post by Janie »

My Dr. would like me to take some Vit. C. I remember some talk on brands that are tolerable for the MC. If someone could give me some ideas on brands. I would appreciate that. Or any thoughts on Vit. C too.
Thanks

HI Janie,

I found a VitC 500mg at Vitacost.com that seems to be doing fine it is a vitacost brand berry blend I get it in 180 chewables. I don't notice anything funny with it and have started my second bottle this year....We are all a little different and tolerate things individually so try a small order and if something works that's great!

Just check the ingredients that don't have the gluten, dairy, soy or egg ;-)
