Tex or Gabes, what do you know about this group doing immuno research that includes all immuno problems, including us? We can register to be a part of their research forums and our medical records become a part of what they are doing. If they need more info, they may seek permission to obtain it from our doctors. Since many of us have multiple immuno issues, I wondered about this.

Hi Gail,
Never heard of them until you mentioned them. When I look them up, they appear to be concerned with primary immunodeficiency, something that very few of us have. About 1 in 300 in the general population have the most common form of primary immunodeficiency, namely selective immune deficiency. But among individuals who are gluten-sensitive (which seems to be all of us), the rate is only 1 in 500, so I would guess that only about 1 in 500 of us would qualify for that condition. In general, outside of the fact that someone with primary immunodeficiency can't use EnteroLab's tests, controlling MC doesn't seem to be significantly more difficult than for people with normal immune systems. They just have to use the elimination diet instead of the EnteroLab tests.
But as I mentioned, I really don't know anything about the work they do.

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.
