Thank you so much Tex and Gabes. I was totally against statins but iits well worth the effort to try again!

my learnings and experience in the 'wellness' journey. medications have limited scope of success if the body is deficent in key nutrients like Vit D3, magnesium etc that are core requirements for the bodys organs and systems to function properly.

we have seen that with medication treatments for MC, reflux etc etc. be patient, take your time with this adjusted approach...
progress not perfection.

Thank you and I hope I am on my way. I think I have made peace with the statins. I just discovered a bottle I bought at my health foods store. Cholesterol Complex. I used the one bottle but no more. Listed on there is calcium 40mg along with Corowise plant sterols 950mg. Guess I'll have to get out the fine tooth comb! At least I seem to be doing okay now.
