Hi Tex,

I logged on to post an update and saw this update about your stroke. I’m so glad you’re doing well and almost back to yourself. As we get older, it’s always something. I’ve been spending time on the MC Facebook page, answering questions and frequently directing people to the MC Forum and your book.

Stay strong,
Sheila W

Hi Sheila,

It's good to see a post from you again. You're surely right about ageing bringing new challenges. But I suppose if it didn't, we might get bored, in our retirement.

Tex,
You are such an inspiration to all of us as well as a fountain of MC wisdom. Your stroke is another example of how our lives can so quickly change. We never know. You teach us how to face our challenges with grace and humor.

Even when doing well, I read new postings everyday and continually learn. I'd be lost without this forum and I say that with the greatest sincerity.

With my almond milk glass raised, I toast you and your recovery.
