Must be something else I shouldn't be eating. I am suspecting rice but really have no symptoms from it & not really doing alot of it. Maybe I'll post my intake in the jornal room & get some feedback. How are you & your sulfites???

I'll fill you in on the dentist and sulphite free anesthetics when I get back.

Ok, I'm back! 
OOoo, I've been wanting to use that one! I called my dentist's office yesterday and requested a non-sulphite anesthetic for when I got fillings later that day. After the fillings the assistant informed me that they had shot me up with septracaine (epinephfrine/sulfites) because "we had a crazy morning today." Good thing for them me and my throat didn't close up and die, huh! So now of course, today I had acid burning poop, which is what it seems to do to me. Oh well, it's bound to take a while to see if this anti-sulfite thing will affect more than headaches, skin and sinuses.
Anyway, I'll be looking forward to your journal. Energy is a hard thing to pinpoint. Maybe there will be something that will be just as plain as day that that becomes obvious when you see it in writing.
