Good morning you wonderful people you!! I hope everyone is having a wonderful week thus far.
What a journey the past week for me. So much information to take in. I am so grateful for everyone's posts.
So... I stopped most foods that I now know trigger bouts of D. I am sure this will be water/salt but I am down 5 pounds since Monday. That is in 4 days.
It got me thinking about my weight loss last year. I was eating healthy and working out and managed to lose 40 pounds in 8 months, but someone of my size I should I feel have seen a bigger drop. So now I am thinking that because (I have read on here) we lack in B12, and vitamin D which I am sure I have read elsewhere that those 2 vitamins help with weight loss. So perhaps because we lack in these departments the body clings to any nutrients we feed it since it usually runs straight through.
What were some of your experiences when first diagnosed? Did you lose weight quickly? When you started taking B12 and Vitamin D did it also help aid in weight loss once you knew you were low on it?
I look forward to your replies :-) Have a great day all.

I’m not so certain of those being specific to weight loss but the cells in our body get really excited because it is getting important vitamins it needs to perform the functions to keeping us well. Add Elemental Magnesium and P5P = B6, into the mix and it begins to create a really nice cell environment ever.
So with that said a better functioning body has a better chance of shedding weight.
