Thanks Tex,
Ares, since both rice and white potatoes are causing you a lot of gas you can try the following alternative starchy foods and they might cause less gas:
sweet potatoes (orange potatoes); turnips, rutabagas, and beets.
Ares, this is a rough disease at the beginning but you can get your life back. Diet is very very key.

If you are sensitive to all carbohydrates, you should stop eating them. We do not require carbohydrates in our diets in order to be healthy. We have to include protein, fat, and a small amount of fiber in our diet, but no one has to eat carbohydrates to be healthy. If you eat an all meat diet, make sure that it is fatty meat (such as lamb, beef, or pork). Without any carbohydrates in your diet, you have to eat a lot of fat to stay healthy. Otherwise you will get what's known as rabbit starvation, mal de caribou, or protein poisoning.

Most of us react to dairy products and have to totally avoid them. Dried fruit is loaded with histamines. Many of us have to minimize histamines in our diet.
Your situation is no worse than mine, and many others here. We're happy and healthy with a very restricted diet. A restricted diet is not as much fun as eating whatever we want, but it's much, much better than being sick all the time.

thanks tex !! It is as much as possible that I have this problem a doctor told me that maybe I'm suffering histamine intolerance! I noticed one thing I ate well cooked rice and yesterday I did not eat the usual chicken with zucchini or green beans! I got gas but much less! if this meant that with vegetables I do not agree how I can manage salts and vitamins and regularize a constipation if I reduce the vegetables like the zucchini that are listed among the low gas production!
if I do not eat long dried fruit good fat only source is olive oil (avocado has a high level of histamine) ?
another question in the morning I ate eggs hoping to put mass but I noticed that it makes me constipation and gas means I'm like telling allergies or are normal symptoms even for those who do not suffer from MC?

Over half of us are sensitive to chicken eggs and we have to avoid them. You might be able to tolerate duck eggs or other types of eggs. Don't worry about vitamins and minerals now. Heal your digestive system first and then adjust your vitamins and minerals after you are in remission. For other vegetables try red potatoes, carrots or parsnips, cauliflower, or sweet potatoes (yams).
Coconut oil is a good, safe oil. If you buy refined coconut oil, the flavor of coconut is removed and it does not add any coconut flavor to foods.
If you have histamine issues, don't store leftovers in the refrigerator — freeze them. Histamines continue to increase at refrigeration temperatures, but they stop increasing if the food is frozen.

all the vegetables that you have indicated make me gas! I'm between the anvils and the hammer! if I avoid foods with histamine and I take those with low histamine I swell and make me gas! if you avoid remission foods are high in histamine! how do you figure out if a food is good for you and does not make gas? tell me if I eat rice at breakfast and then sample I eat a fruit in the middle of the morning how do I understand that the gas is not the rice I digested and came into the colon fermenting? and I think the gas is caused by the fruit? not suffering from diarrhea I do not understand if I get hurt right away! some foods just make me gas as soon as I eat them but I do not understand if they are gas already present on food previously eaten and the new food stimulates gas emissions!
Kinda starting to sound like the stomach isn’t emptying fast enough or the wrong bacteria in the intestines at this time not breaking things down. Also everything turns to a sugar form in the gut so I’d pick the lesser of all the variables of vegetables and cook them well and start expiramenting on a three day rotation basis to figure out my most safe and less gas producing.
A lot of us including myself have histamine issues so find an antihistamine that agrees with you and add that to your daily life until you heal enough to back off it.
Check your VitD3 levels and get going on a Magnesium regimen. If you don’t have D then the higher dose of magnesium will help tremendously keeping the intestines moving and your cells will love you too along with a good start to healing the intestines
You can do this!!
Cheers

The fructose sugar in the fruit is fermenting, not the rice. MC patients can't digest sugar very well.

I do not vary much with the diet! Among all carbohydrates known as flour I eat rice I eat chicken and i eat zucchini! unfortunately even with these three foods I did not understand who makes me gas! I tried it individually and rightly the chicken makes less gas! but if I eat chicken and zucchini gas. if I eat rice and chicken gas! if I only eat zucchini and chicken x 2 days then rice and chicken makes me gas but less and gas helps me with constipation. then I'm illuding that I will tolerate more rice and chicken when I'm left it makes me gas! so i can not understand! what kind of antihistamin should i use? I used magnesium also hard as hard, but it makes me gas like a helium tank! and I have vitamin D deficiency and I take those from 100,000ul per month! magnesium creates a strange malaise! fructose and become unmanageable like honey I try to avoid them both! but zero carrots and zucchini and meat and rice are not the best! maybe I will say a thing but if I go to the bathroom the rest of the day I have less gas even at night
