Feeling better today

Post by Momster »

Hi Everyone:

Just a short note to let you know I'm feeling better today and actually feel like doing something. All my tests came back okay and I'm going for a complete physical tomorrow.

I hope this feeling of better health lasts, but am just enjoying one day at a time. John is taking me out for dinner tonight, so I'll enjoy that.

The diet is going well and I've lost 16 lb. in 30 days. I've never done a diet where I just counted calories before, but am finding better success than anything else I've tried and think I can make it a new liefstyle change without feeling deprived. Don't feel hungry and can enjoy a large variety of foods.

Anyway, I'm feeling good about it and enjoying my day.

Take care, everyone and I'll talk to you again soon.

Love - Momster.

Re: Physical

Post by Momster »

Hi All:

I went for my physical yesterday and the Dr. is sending me for follow-up X-Rays on my spine. She wants to see how much the osteo had advanced. I'm going for them this afternoon.

Still feeling much better and starting to function like a human again instead of a slug.

I even got back to my beading and have started my little owl. His head is done and he's going to be really cute. I'll send a picture when he's done.

My sister and I are going to a skating show tomorrow night. It will have Kurt Browning, Elvis Sjoyko amongst the cast and I love both of them. It was an early birthday present from John. I'm sure looking forward to that.

Anyway, just wanted to provide an update as to how things are going.

Have a wonderful day, my friends.

Love - Momster :pulsinghearts:
