Does Lymphocytic Microscopic colitisGenerate these Symptoms?

Vegetables that are easy to digest are best, such as carrots, beets, squash, green beans, cauliflower, turnips, sweet potatoes, red potatoes, yellow potatoes, etc., peeled and over-cooked to make them very tender. Asparagus is OK, but it will make gas. Spicy foods such as peppers, onions, and garlic are not good until after we have healed. Best and safest meats are lamb, turkey, goat, rabbit, quail, partridge, duck, goose, etc.

Erica talked about eating some vegetables and having them rotate every three days but eating the same for three days to figure out if it causes problems or not? while magnesium serves to free and stimulate the intestine and free it from creating constipation and therefore increased mucus? at the same time certain foods are good for the colon. but does not it mean that there will be a reduction in gas? but when we talk about remission in reality what does it mean?
I drank coconut milk and I think I created a lot of gas at least from the constant noise in the colon! When you are hungry after dinner, what do you eat? I always eating rice and chicken is making me kind of acidosis burning! Apple vinegar is not recommended and rich in sugars.

I don't know if this makes sense but pick 2 things you can eat. A meat and one vegetable. Eat that over and over and quit trying so many things for now. You are overthinking this too at this time. I had mucus and gas until I followed the basic eating plan. Let Tex and Gabes and the the rest guide you on your constipation. I am a year plus in remission, Sometimes I have a lot of gas and just figure it might be an off day.

You have to try to eat a lot of protein (meat) because if you eat too many carbohydrates, you will not be able to digest all of them and some will ferment in the colon, causing gas, cramps and diarrhea. Eating more protein (and less carbohydrates) helps you to heal your intestines. Eating many small meals each day, rather than two or three big meals, will help you to digest the food better.
The noise you are referring to is true for most people who have MC, when their MC is active. That noise will disappear as your gut heals. I eat the same foods every day. Eggs and bacon for breakfast and pork and potatoes for all other meals. Sometimes I have a snack with Rice Chex or Corn Chex and almond milk, or a frozen banana and cashew butter.
Remission is when you no longer have any of the clinical symptoms of MC.

thanks Janie and Tex! I'm the only carbohydrate I eat and rice! I eat white rice and chicken for breakfast! it's not really light! this morning I had a lot of gas but I attribute it to the glass of coconut milk yesterday! if I eat meat meat I burn a bit of reflux (without reflux) a little when I ate so much meat eggs etc! I read that you should avoid all complex carbohydrates! but I eat rice to get some energy and to put some weight and do activities! I would try the eggs and make pancakes (now with rice flour) for breakfast but they made me constipated! I avoid them because they swell my colon and make me gas! so I do not have a lot of carbohydrates left! the strange thing is if I eat breakfast at breakfast type 100gr ricotta I have no gas! but maybe because breakfast is inconsistent! the truth is that I do not understand why the same food once does not make me anything is another time yes! I would like to understand something because when I can go to the bathroom I have less night and night in the evening? I understand that there is no more food fermenting in the last part of the colon, but why does it seem to me that digestive problems and gas formation begin in the duodenum and beyond?
I'm not sure that I understand your question, but all parts of the digestive system are affected by MC. The digestion problems begin in the stomach and when digestion is poor in the stomach, then it will also be poor in the intestines. When we are recovering from MC, sometimes we may have reactions for no reason. It takes a long time to recover and there will be good days and bad days. The intestines heal slowly. But the bad days become fewer and fewer as we heal.
Most MC patients have to go to the bathroom more times in the mornings and fewer times the rest of the day and night.
I agree with Janie. We don't need a lot of different foods. The fewer types of food we eat, the faster we will recover.

Are you drinking coffee, Ares?
I probably have all possible signs of beeing gluten sensitive, but I react much faster and much worse to coffee than to gluten. Coffee totally overshadowed the gluten sensitivity, and I had almost no effect of quitting gluten alone. The effect of coffee was long lasting, and I had to stay totally off coffee for several weeks to realize that it was an important culprit. I have found very little hard evidence for the immunogenicity of coffee (well, maybe one article), but I just had to accept my own reality.
I had a lot of trouble understanding what made me react, because the effect of removing one thing at a time was very limited. My main culprits were things I consumed in quite large amounts each day (gluten, coffee, tea, sugar free coke). When I quit all of these, I reached remission quite fast. I have been in remission without drugs for a year now.
If I should give any advice, I would say take at look at coffee and/or things you consume every day. Some people here reduce all meals to a very bland diet, and then reintroduce one item at a time. I'm too fond of food and drink to go down that route myself, but in retrospect I think that this could have saved me a lot of time.

Life's hard and then you die
thanks I take the coffee in the morning and after lunch and I take a few compared to many others! but actually I do not have much to eat coffee and just to change flavor to this tasteless food! I try to suspend the coffee too! but what is killing me and constipation where everyone or most of the people with Mc have diarrhea! and constipation produces more mucus and at times the feces ferment and then gas! I decided to eliminate the rice because I am sure that it is creating constipation! but being skinny I wonder what I have left to eat to take some weight and mass! but to help constipation I'm thinking of eating vegetables even if they make me gas or potatoes as carbohydrates but I swell immediately! I can not find food to help me I'm tempted by the fruits to get stimulus and gas to move the colon! :(
I wanted to ask if I should go out for lunch or dinner or breakfast what I can eat particularly at breakfast here is cappuccino and croissants donuts! and if I find ham I find the bread I should eat the rice cakes but I always fear that they create constipation

another information we often talk about food that creates mucus according to Arnold ehret I mention it only as a reference, not because I think it's actually true! but chicken is a constipation food! perhaps for those suffering from diarrhea is a good food but for me it may be unsuitable? since I do not have big improvements? and I have mucus and constipation?
Ares.....no croissant donuts....contains gluten. Also I was in New York City last weekend and was getting ready to get a cappuccino at a restaurant from Eataly but my niece who lived in Milan stopped me and said cappuccino is prepared with milk. She was able to get me cappuccino prepared with almond milk not milk from a cow. No cappuccino if it is prepared with milk from a cow. If you can get it prepared with almond milk that is good or another alternative (not traditional I know) would be to get a café Americano black.
I know croissant donut and cappuccino is traditional but we all need to make changes to heal.
Safer breakfast would be: at your house: banana, tuna from a can, leftover meat from dinner, avacado, leftover dinner that is gluten and dairy free, gluten free toast with olive oil or coconut oil, gluten free toast with almond butter, hard boiled egg
Safe breakfast when you are in town would be: Café Americano black or water or tea
Also--start a food log. If it causes constipation and mucus don't eat it. Move on to another food.

Janie's above comment is A REALLY GOOD WAY TO APPROACH THIS. KEEP IT SIMPLE. STICK WITH A FEW FOODS.I don't know if this makes sense but pick 2 things you can eat. A meat and one vegetable. Ares, Also be aware you will need to eat larger portions of protein than you are used to in order to heal. This is important.
One thing I noticed on several trips to Vicenza is that Italian folks traditionally eat smaller portions of protein than Americans. You will need to make your protein sizes larger than you are used to until you are healed.

I eat only chicken and zucchini chicken and zucchini ... I added the rice with the hope of putting weight! but I always mucus even with zucchini and chicken and if I eat a lot of protein constipation! once in a while when I ate pasta before I knew about Mc's helping me to go to the bathroom! in reality I would like to take more vegetables with hope that the fibers will help but also these are not without side effects. I can not find 2 animals that feed me and do not create problems for me
corn oats and potatoes make me a lot of gas! often gluten-free foods like gluten-free bread dough makes me more gas or wind! I no longer eat fruit, honey, sweets, dried fruit, or vegetables, which makes gas, or melons, nor tomatoes, I eat eggs, because the times I ate them, they made me constipate and gas, as I ate them especially hard! I did not have much to eat! and I am hungry and the flesh makes me constipation! I have no idea what you mean by mucus! but I have the same that I eat pasta or bread or I do not eat! remission does not seem easy!
