High Vitamin D level

Post by Gloria »

I recently had my annual blood test and the doctor included my vitamin D level in the testing.

My vitamin D level was 105 and the doctor told me to cut my vitamin D supplementation in half. I'd been taking 4,000 IU per day, and am now taking 2, 000 IUs per day. I don't eat any dairy or any other foods that I'm aware of that have a high level of vitamin D. I'm not concerned, but I wonder how long I should reduce my intake.
