Does anyone know if these "inactive ingredients" are a form of gluten?

tex, you are darn close to perfect........
I am trying to find if I have a hidden gluten source or if my anti-gliadin IgA level just has not come down yet. I have been grain-free(strict gluten-free I thought) for about 18 months. I was diagnosed with CC almost 2 years ago. I am 55 years old. I have not had WD for about 1 year, however, all the other symptoms we have been hanging around still. Some days are better than others.
Because the aching, brain fog and histamine issues were not resolving, I finally had the MTHFR blood test. I also did the Enterolab stool testing. I am NEGATIVE for C677T and HETEROZYGOUS for A1298C. Therefore I started on the Thorne methyl-guard plus B vitamins. After a few rough days of methylating...... I now feel pretty good. The brain fog is minimal, and I am dreaming again at night. Also, my plantar-fasciitis has lessened. I am still having headaches and ringing in my ears. It has been about 3 weeks on the vits. I have continued the Remag and vitamin D. I got my Enterolab results yesterday and I am floored..... my Anti-gliadin IgA level is 249! And Fecal Fat is 1300! Everything else is in the 20's... however the test states I react to everything! Where do I look for gluten? or is a lower level for me? This is the first time I have tested for any of this. Any suggestions are welcome......

That's pretty high for gluten and very high on the fecal fat score. With a fecal fat score that high, you may be a celiac, or else something to which you are sensitive is sneaking into your diet regularly, and it's probably gluten. Tracking it down may take some serious detective work. Do you drink any blended tea, or anything else that's labeled as blended? Like a wine cooler?
It's possible that you may just be ultra-sensitive to everything, and your immune system just needs more time to settle down. If that's the case, your antibody levels may have been skyhigh when you started the diet and you need more time for the numbers to decline. The half-life of anti-gliadin (gluten) antibodies is 120 days, so it takes a long time (years) for the numbers to get back down to normal. The antibodies for most other foods have a half-life of 5 or 6 days, so they decay rather quickly.
Maybe someone else will have some better ideas about where to look.
