This is the norm in the western world. I think almost all MCers have these problems.and I live in a place where bread, pasta and pizza and fruit are common for lunch and dinner everywhere

I have to reread your advice carefully one by one! but there are those who say only eat 2 things and those who say they try different foods! I've never been fat but now I look like michel jackson in thriller !! I eat a lot but there must be a malabsorption! when I ate pasta ect they asked me if I had the solitary worm! because I eat a lot but I assimilate little! then the difficulty cutting icarbohydrates and put a bit of flab in the face and body except the lower abdomen and handles from classic skinny fat! the foods you recommend me as Tex vegetables make me gas! and I looked at the natural laxatives on youtube or dates with boiled prunes are fructose sugars in huge quantities that I tried once I made gas like methane pipeline but no stimulus! unfortunately the fruit makes me gas immediately! I did not understand one thing: if I have to eat certain foods even if they make me windy or do I have to eat foods that do not make me gas? carbohydrates or better those with starch make me so much gas and fruit and sugar like honey! I can not understand the speech of the mucus! if I have to eat food just to have less gas or less mucus! even if I do not know how to reduce the mucus even if I avoid the foods that make gas! but the mucus is not reduced! so what should I cure constipation the gas the mucus? I have to give precedence to what?
Eat only turkey (not chicken) or lamb and a little rice or potatoes or sweet potatoes (not all three — pick one or the other) for about 3 days or more and see if that helps. Food that does not cause mucus will also not cause gas, but it may take a few days or a week or 2 before this happens. You did not get sick overnight, and you will not be able to recover overnight It will take time. The fewer types of food you eat, the sooner you will recover. But they have to be the right foods, not foods that cause you to react.

Coffee - is this with dairy or black?
Snow peas - were these cooked?
Peppers - these are not ideal in early stages of healing, many react to peppers/onions
Ham - can be high histamine best to have freshly cooked typed meats
as per the suggested eating plan in the guidelines to recovery section
here is the info about vegetables

Well cooked Vegetables - mushy well cooked veges - why? fibre is inflammation trigger to MC'ers, especially when reacting. (after good period of healing, fibre intake can be increased slightly)
also- well cooked makes them low inflammation, easy to digest, the body uses less energy to get the goodness from the meal
early days keep it to 1-3 safe vegetables there is no absolutely safe vegetable for everyone, the following is a list of the ones that suit most.
Sweet Potato/Kumara Red potato carrot courgette/zucchini/squash Rutabaga/turnip/swede Cauliflower

coffee is espresso! 2 one with a little milk foam in the morning and only one black next lunch both with a little bit of sugar because bitter stomach pierces me! the vegetables are boiled but maybe I read wrong but it was said not too cooked or too raw! ?!?! the peppers are cooked in sweet and sour with sugar and vinegar and onion but I eat only the peppers but they are certainly not good for my situation! The sliced ham I know has a high level of histamine but also cauliflower (and a food that creates gas). I have to avoid foods that have histamine and that create histamine for my headache! you were months months so many months that I no longer ate potatoes because my abdomen and colon swell and it hurts me. and so it was yesterday! you talk about sweet potatoes but are the American potatoes the orange ones inside? but are not rich in sugars and starches? the zucchini I boiled them with oil but half past cooked or cooked make gas!!
All vegetables are mostly carbohydrates and carbohydrates are complex sugars (they turn to sugar when digested). When you eat any carbohydrates (including vegetables), you are eating sugar.

looking at your eating drinking info that you posted
milk foam - even if it is teaspoon full is dairy - and this would be contributing to issues.
swapping to dairy free milk alternative is recommended, or changing coffee beans to a milder coffee that can be consumed black
the peppers being cooked i sweet and sour with vinegar and onions is not ideal for this early stages of healing (even though you only eat the peppers once cooked, you are still having consumption of the other ingredients) this cooking process also sounds like fermenting and would be a risk of being high histamine
yes sweet potato or yam - (in australia they are sweet potato, in asia they are yam) they can be orange, or there are white ones etc

but the concentration of sugars is reduced in vegetables compared to complex carbohydrates and above all the starch! I have no idea what kind of carbohydrates to eat if I eat vegetables with fiber. and the starches swell me tremendously! I can not eat only meat and olive oil! one thing I'll have to eat it even if it makes me a bit of gas as long as it helps me to go to the bathroom
